loved how traditional the property was. the bed was comfy and it was great having a work desk, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and ironing facilities. the breakfast was hot with lots of meals to choose from. this hotel is equal to 3 stars.

We were moved to family room that met needs. We stayed adjacent to Parkside Plaza Mackay and could visit Mackay Regional Botanic Gardens. Free Wi Fi was available; the breakfast was good.
